At Mission College, students in the Hospitality Management program are getting more than just a classroom education—they're gaining hands-on experience running a full-service restaurant. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Spring Semester, the Mission Bistro opens its doors
